1. Service Overview

Paradise Parking provides airport parking, transfer, and related vehicle services in Cape Town. By making a booking or handing over your vehicle, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Booking and Payment

  • Bookings are confirmed once details are accepted by our team.
  • Late returns and additional parking days are charged at the applicable daily rate.
  • Please keep your vehicle sufficiently fuelled for airport transfer and collection handling.

3. Vehicle Condition and Owner Responsibility

  • Your vehicle must be roadworthy when dropped off.
  • Please report existing visible damage at handover.
  • Remove all valuables and personal items before leaving your vehicle.

4. Liability

Vehicles are parked at owner’s risk and subject to applicable insurance. Paradise Parking is not liable for losses or damage resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, fire, hail, or similar force majeure incidents.

Paradise Parking is also not responsible for pre-existing mechanical/electrical faults, defective components, punctures, chips, scratches, mirrors, bulbs, or interior items unless directly caused by proven negligence.
